Brooke Elizabeth Burns (born March 16th, 1978) is an American model, fashion show host actress and television show host. Burns started her career on the television screen in 1995 as the character Peg as a supporting role in the Spanish American teen comedy Out of the Blue (from 1995 to 1996). Burns was added to the crew of the action drama series Baywatch in 1998. She later played in the second Baywatch episode Baywatch: Hawaii until she quit the show due to her first pregnancies. Brooke Elizabeth Burns has been a fitness model on television and a performer for nearly ten years. The most well-known role she has played is in the role of Jessie Owens of Baywatch. The actress became well-known for her role in Shallow Hal (2001), which was a movie that proved commercially popular.
